<![CDATA[The current examination must be clean and honest in order to get good and integrity resources so that the institutions that carry out the reception of human resources will be satisfied and successful. Likewise in the current era of computerization the North Sumatra regional police in carrying out personnel recruitment applies the concept of "TRUE" which means "Clean Transparent Accountable and Humanistic" with the jargon of Clear and Clean. Examination of the Academic Exams in accordance with the instructions and instructions from the National Police Headquarters of the Republic of Indonesia is carried out by combining computer technology with conventional models / manuals with Computer Answer Sheets (LJK). All selection participants who passed and did not pass were satisfied because with this method each participant could see the selection process from beginning to end in a very transparent manner, so that the perception of the community had always been negative thinking that the national police selection was not free from KKN practices. <![CDATA[Confidentiality and data security are very important in data communication, both for the purpose of shared security and for individual privacy. Computer users who want the data to be unknown by unauthorized parties always try to get around the way to secure the information that will be communicated or to be stored. One method for securing data or information is cryptographic methods. The LUC algorithm is a cryptographic method using two different keys in the cryptosystem. To encrypt text, an encryption function is used that uses a public key, the result of encryption is encrypted text that is safe from intruders. Furthermore, by decrypting encrypted text using the decryption function using the private key it will return the same text as the original. With the LUC algorithm the author tries to create a text encoding to secure data with the LUC algorithm.]]>

<![CDATA[This decision support system is used to select outstanding teachers and is aimed at SD 095130 Senio Bangun which still uses manual system in assessing the candidates of outstanding teachers. So this system is expected to assist the agency in the process of assessment and determination of outstanding teachers in the area of Pematang Siantar City quickly and accurately. The method used in ranking the selection of teachers achieving achievement in this system using AHP method is a method The workings of this method is almost similar to the workings of the brain, namely by elaborating complex problems into more problems that are more structured and systematic. Where alternatives are used as much 4 teachers with job criteria, education, rank / goals / Space and last sk. The results of ranking in this system are influenced by the selection of preference criteria and determinations entered into the system. The test of this system uses data from 45 teachers, ranking divided according to Kindergarten, SD / MI, SMP / Tsanawiyah, SMA / MA, and SMK. Of the several trials that have been done to determine the achieving teacher, the ranking results are much faster and more accountable.]]>

<![CDATA[According to statistics in 2013 there were 535 cases and in 2014 there were 723 cases, and based on the data there was an increase of ± 1.35%. The cause of this crime is caused by many factors, but if the factors that cause this crime are known to be earlier by the parents (community), perhaps parents can educate their children and can reduce the number of juvenile perpetrators of physical criminal offenses. The physical crimes referred to in this study are: Robbery, Public order theft and murder. Multifactor Evaluation Process (MFEP) is a quantitative method that uses a "weighting system". In multifactorial decision making, decision makers are subjectively and intuitively weighing various factors that have an important influence on their alternative choices. For decisions that have a strategic influence, it is advisable to use a quantitative approach such as MFEP. In MFEP, all criteria are first, which are important factors in making consideration given appropriate weighting. The same steps are also taken for the alternatives to be chosen, which can then be evaluated in relation to these consideration factors. The MFEP method determines that the alternative with the highest value is the best solution based on the selected criteria.]]>

<![CDATA[Learning is a process of communication between teachers and students. Cryptographic learning is very important for computer students to know the ways to secure data. Then learning is needed about data security, namely using cryptographic methods with the Affine Cipher algorithm and vigenere cipher. The Affine Cipher algorithm is a form of classical cryptography that uses the nature of substitution in the process of encoding data where the process is done by multiplying each plaintext value by a value and adding it with a shift. Vigenere Cipher algorithm is one form of classical cryptography with substitution techniques. Computer Assisted Instruction (CAI) is a computer for presenting learning material that aims to make students more active in learning material in the use of computer media. In its development Computer Assisted Instruction (CAI) has five learning system models namely tutorial models, practice models and exercises, problem solving models, simulation models, and game models, the advantages of Computer Assisted Instruction (CAI) in education can increase student motivation in learning, improve student understanding in the material presented.]]>

<![CDATA[Operations Research is one way of taking decisions in companies by formulating problems of daily life with mathematical models with the aim of getting optimal goals. Transportation problems are one of the problems in solving operational research problems with the aim of optimizing distribution costs of shipping goods from the first warehouse to the destination warehouse. Like the problem that is in cv. Express nias where the cost of shipping goods does not calculate the optimal cost sometimes losses and profits are not optimal. The method used in solving this problem is the method of Vernel's approximation method, this method is included with the method of transportation. The results obtained in this study are that all shipping costs for cv.express nias are optimal.]]>

<![CDATA[Karo Regency is one of the areas in North Sumatra Province that has the potential to become a tourism area, with the Vision "Realizing Karo Tourism that is advanced, Modern environmentally friendly and highly competitive by maintaining karo cultural values through the broadest participation of the community and business world to increase Regional Original Revenue "The Karo District Government has promoted through mass media such as newspapers, pamphlets, distributing brochures and promoting through blogs. However, this method is not enough to inform tourism extensively towards domestic tourists and foreign tourists. The design and manufacture of Geographic Information Systems (GIS) Tourism is expected to be able to display tourist maps of Karo Regency in the form of a degital map, which can be accessed by tourists. In the Design of Web-Based Karo Tourism Geographic Information System carried out by collecting data, observing and interviewing the Secretary of the Office at the Karo District Tourism and Culture Office and designing tourism maps displayed in this system using Google Maps, the software used in building this application is PHP (Personal Home Page) as a programming language, MySQL as a database server, Macromedia Dreamweaver 8 as the Design Editor. Karo Regency's geographic tourism information system is a system that provides information to tourists about the location of tourist attractions and tourism support facilities in Karo District.]]>

<![CDATA[This study discusses the web-based sales information system at the Rumah Mode Karo store which has a collection of different men's and women's clothing products for sale. In addition to selling clothing collections, karo fashion houses also sell Tupperware. Karo Rumah Mode currently still sells directly and does not have a sales information system so that it causes problems such as recording the Karo Rumah Mode sales transaction data still manually, the store is difficult to control all products that have been sold and those that have not been sold, nor is the store know how much stock is still available for each type of product, who receives money on the sale of a product is also not well-documented and clear. Then from the problems that arise the proposed solution to overcome this problem is to build a sales information system that uses the PHP programming language and MYSQL as the database. The goal is a web-based information system that is built can make sales both online and directly in the store and facilitate users in sales transactions, report inventory and receipt of money against sales transactions are well-documented and clear.
